They fell in love with the goat cheeses they found in Europe during their travels to source genuine leather for their bags and decided they wanted to offer the same quality of cheese stateside. Today, Coach Farm still crafts their 100% goat’s milk cheeses the way their founders intended. These are not your typical goat cheeses: they are bright, clean, sweet, and their textures range from delicate to rich and buttery.
