In our opinion, you can never have enough Camembert. The perfect size wheel for a baked camembert or picnic for one to two, this cheese has a surprisingly long shelf-life, and can be enjoyed as a whole wheel at 4 weeks to 14 weeks, becoming more aromatic, spreadable, and vegetal with time.

Order by Thursday to ship Monday every week.

Christmas cutoff: Order by Thursday, December 15th to ship Monday, December 19th.

Long Description

In our opinion, you can never have enough Camembert. The perfect size wheel for a baked camembert or picnic for one to two, this cheese has a surprisingly long shelf-life, and can be enjoyed as a whole wheel at 4 weeks to 14 weeks, becoming more aromatic, spreadable, and vegetal with time.

Marin French Cheese uses traditional Camembert cultures when producing their cheese. The result is a young cheese with notes of crème fraiche, cauliflower, and white button mushrooms. An older wheel will have a flavor profile of asparagus, broccoli, and earth brown mushrooms.

Each individual cheese in this Set of 3 is 4 ounces in size.
