Haro Cheese's Eldo is an award-winning cow milk Manchego style from Texas, and Black Radish Creamery's clothbound Bandit Red Cheddar is their take on the English Red Leicester. How does the subscription work?
Subscribe to receive a new selection of cheeses each month, handpicked by our experts. You'll be able to cancel, pause, skip, or modify within 48 hours of the shipment of your upcoming order. For prepaid subscriptions, you are able to cancel after the prepaid duration.
Once you are signed up, you'll receive an email giving you access to your unique subscription portal, so you can review all your shipping and billing information and your next order date.
Can I gift a cheese subscription?
Yes! Our gift subscriptions make perfect gifts for cheese lovers. Choose a plan, and we’ll deliver gourmet cheeses straight to their door. No pricing is ever included, and the gift subscriptions expire after the prepaid duration. Gift subscriptions ship on a fixed schedule, unless otherwise requested. This fixed schedule can be found on the respective product pages. Post-purchase you will also receive an email with a digital gift card and an outline of that shipping schedule. Please let the gift recipient know when they will receive their first box as it is necessary for someone to be there to receive it.
Our first point of contact with the recipient is their first box delivery. They will receive upcoming order emails from us on the second order onward, so they can better manage their subscription without your assistance.
How is the cheese packaged for freshness?
We take great care in ensuring your cheese arrives fresh and flavorful. Each cheese box is expertly packed with temperature-controlling insulation and ice packs to maintain the perfect conditions during shipping. Additionally, we use sustainable and breathable cheese paper to help your cheeses age naturally while preserving their taste and texture. Cheese is shipped to arrive within 1 to 3 days to preserve quality and integrity.
When will my first order ship?
If you order one of our Regular Monthly Subscriptions (excluding Gift Subscriptions which ship on a fixed schedule), we ship every Tuesday. Orders must be placed by the Sunday prior to a Tuesday shipping day.
All Meet the Makers Quarterly Subscriptions and all Gift Subscriptions ship on a fixed schedule. Please review the shipping information tab on the respective product pages in order confirm the shipping schedule.
You or the giftee can always modify their next upcoming shipping date, we just ask for 48 hours notice before the shipping day so we have the opportunity to change it for you!
