Made of dishwasher safe, incredibly durable, and sustainable black PaperStone®, our cheese knives are designed to cut all textures and types of cheeses. The added benefit of these knives is that you can write the name of the cheese directly on the handle! Each knife order comes with a piece of soapstone chalk for recording your cheese name.
