Master Cheesemaker, Sid Cook, offers an imaginative reinterpretation of the classic French Morbier cheese. His creation combines a layer of sheep’s milk cheese with a layer of goat’s milk cheese, separated by a delicate band of grapevine ash and expertly pressed. The result is a cheese with both subtlety and earthiness. Savor each layer individually, then experience the harmonious blend of all three elements for a uniquely refined tasting journey.

Mobay is a beautiful addition to any cheese plate. With its light ash stripe through the middle and its pleasing taste for almost any palate, it is definitely one that will make your guests happy!
