Mobay is made in two halves, one from sheep's milk and one from goat's milk, the two halves are pressed together after production, but separated by a decorative line of ash running horizontally through the middle.

About the Producer

What began in 1883 continues as Carr Valley Cheese under the direction of Sid Cook to this day. Sid Cook is a 4th generation Master Cheesemaker who is Master Certified in Fontina, Cheddar, Gran Canaria®, and Mobay®
