What's in Your Grotto? Friday, October 24th

Free
off

Calling all cheese lovers interested in learning more about storing and serving different styles of cheese! We'd love to see you at this free upcoming event for Cheese Grotto storage owners and new customers alike!

On Friday, October 24th at 6:00pm Eastern Time, join Cheese Grotto founder Jessica Sennett and Certified Cheese Professional Kerry Jerred (she's also our Customer Service lead, and one of the very first Grotto owners from 2016!) for the next installment in our "What's in your Grotto" series.

Together, we'll be reviewing best storage practices on the counter.  As the seasons shift, ambient kitchen temperatures drop from around 70 degrees F to about 66 degrees F with lower humidity. During these colder months, we prefer to keep our Grotto conveniently placed on the counter. For centuries, people all over the world have stored their aged cheese without refrigeration.  Traditionally in many parts of Europe, cheese is a fixture of the kitchen, tempered and readily accessible to enjoy throughout the week.  Jessica and Kerry will also share photos and videos documenting the changes of different cheese types stored in a counter top Grotto over several days.

Hope you can make it! We would love to see how you are using your Grotto. Please bring any and all questions, and why not bring a wedge of cheese and glass of wine?
