This complex cheddar tastes like the cheddar of the founder's youth: buttered popcorn on the nose, with a bright lemon curd acidity that evolves into rich toffee and cured meat flavor characteristics.

At 17-months-old, The Stag features gloriously crunchy protein crystals that provide a burst of fruitiness while maintaining its flaky, creamy texture.
