Storing the Cheese Grotto Piatto in the Fridge

Want to hold onto your wedges and wheels for weeks?  Place your compact Cheese Grotto Piatto in the fridge and remove the cheese as needed.  The Grotto can keep your cheese fresh for weeks on end due to its humidifying brick and breathable back panel.  Simply submerge the brick in cool water once every 3 weeks for 2 minutes and place in the bottom of the Grotto.
