Farm To People, Cheese Grotto and Call Me Caramel are joining forces on Saturday April 21st to celebrate Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day at 61 Local Bar & Restaurant in Brooklyn.

The highlight of the evening will be a panel talk with some of the Northeast's most prominent raw milk cheese makers: The Cellars at Jasper Hill, Hawthorne Valley Farm, and Consider Bardwell moderated by Jessica Sennett (Founder of Cheese Grotto and Co-Founder of Call Me Caramel).

Farm To People will present an abundance of raw milk cheese and curated pairings for sampling!

Come network with fellow cheese lovers, sip on local microbrews and wines from 61 Local, enjoy an epic spread of cheese and pairings, and learn all about the art of raw milk cheese.

The panel will run from 7:30 to 8:15pm, followed by a Q & A session.
