Vermont Cheesemakers' Festival: A Meeting of Cheese Minds and Rinds
This weekend, I'll be heading up to Vermont to discuss the nature of cheese preservation at the Vermont Cheesemakers' Festival. Vermont has 50 cheesemakers, which is the highest number of cheesemakers per capita. I am very excited to be surrounded by cheese enthusiasts and professionals alike.
