After a redevelopment of the Cheese Grotto website, the Journal is officially back! Get ready to learn about all things cheese, with fun recipes and featured producers.  2017 is a year of collaboration with other local, regional, and national producers, and will be filled with exciting new products and customization of the Grottoes themselves.  We'll hear anecdotes from users of the Grotto.
