When I started my company in November 2016, I didn't completely realize the grand undertaking of launching an inventive product. I was absorbed by my passion for specialty cheese, and I wanted to share my creation with the world. As I continued to develop the Cheese Grotto concept, I realized that I was innovating within the world of dairy: on both a product and business level. The knowledge I have gained from starting my own innovative food business has been inherently valuable. Now it's time to share that knowledge with you.

There will be a Cheese Grotto store pop up, beer, and tasty treats like my cheese caramels. We will also be running a special promotion for people who purchase from our product line at the event.
