The people have spoken, and we’ve listened! After featuring these beauties at Edible Escape and Fearless Fest, and getting such good feedback, we’d be fools not to offer up these delicious caramels for holiday pick up.

What are “Cheese Caramels”?  Ever since the blog post back in September that included a recipe for Mimolette Soft Chewy Caramels, it’s been nearly impossible to get these salty, nutty, sweet, and unique candies off our mind. The most recent version we’re lusting after uses high quality melted Gruyére cheese folded with cream, butter, and sugar to make a savory and sweet delight.

How to Pre-Order:
The caramel will be sold as one large 4 oz block, sprinkled with grey sea salt, that can be cut into small pieces for a candy treat or melted to be drizzled over popcorn, apples, pie, or ice cream.  Each order will come beautifully wrapped in candy paper and stored in a box, and would be a perfect gift for your loved ones.

We will only be making 100 packages this holiday season, so place your order now! Although we hope to have enough on hand to accomodate day-of purchases, we encourage pre-orders as it will be the only way to reserve your box!
