1 quart cheesemaking/yogurt whey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Orange Blossom Honey
Thinly sliced lemon for garnish
Optional: 3 to 6oz of run (depending on how boozy you like it)
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
Pour the wheymonade, with or without rum, into a popsicle form and freeze over night!
