I recommend making this ricotta, and, instead of throwing the whey a"whey," you can make a delicious beverage, cocktail, or popsicle!

1 quart cheesemaking/yogurt whey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Orange Blossom Honey
Wheymonade
Directions
Wheymonade
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
Wheymonade Pops
Pour the wheymonade, with or without rum, into a popsicle form and freeze over night!
