Join us on Sunday October 24th (4PM to 5PM EST) for our cheesy take on the Sip and Paint class format. This time, instead of a canvas and paints, mozzarella curd will be your creative medium! We'll ship you 1 pound of frozen mozzarella curd in advance of the class and a Cheese Grotto expert will lead you through the best way to heat, stretch, and form mozzarella!
Wine is highly recommended but not required to join this fun class. If you're looking for a wonderful Sparkling Brut, we love Suhru Wine's NV Brut, which can be purchased here.
Sunday, October 24th from 4 to 5:00pm EST: We'll cover all the fundamentals on stretching and forming mozzarella into a myriad of shapes (bocconcini, burrata, braided, and your classic large mozzarella ball!)
We'll ship you one pound of frozen mozzarella curd the week of the class (yields one pound of fresh mozzarella).
