The essence of spring - blooming flowers, lush fields, and fresh beginnings - is truly evoked with Tea Rose, a delicate fresh goat cheese adorned with fragrant herbs, flower petals, and fennel pollen. Lake Breeze, a soft-ripened goat chèvre with a brainy-looking geotrichum rind, offers citrusy flavors with a hint of barnyard aroma while Bucheron, rich and earthy, melds two goat cheese style into one: a thin rind gives way to a gooey cream line and dense center. Our tasting menu will guide you to pair the cheeses with the accompaniments.
