Boxcarr Farms, a working first-generation family farm in Cedar Grove, North Carolina established Boxcarr Handmade Cheese in 2015. The sister-brother duo and their extended family have made the cheese dream a reality. Their cheeses are inspired by small Italian farmstead creameries. Alongside their own herd of mixed breed dairy goats, Boxcarr sources local milk from a few small family-owned dairies who raise their cows with the greatest of care and highest standards. Their dedication to family and community comes through in every bite.

Cottonbell, 14 oz - This large format Robiola-style cheese is absolutely gorgeous and spreadable when ripe. With its fluffy white coat and yellow, grass-fed paste, this is enough cheese for a family of four when paired with fruit and crackers. Delicious with a sparkling cider, white wine, or Lambrusco.
