Spring Cheese & Pairings Giveaway!

We've partnered up with some of our favorite artisan food brands to bring you the best Spring spread imaginable! 

How to enter and what you'll win:

  1. From April 8th to April 16th, enter to win over $600 in goodies from Burlap & Barrel (single origin spices sourced directly from small farms), David's Cookies (freshly baked cookies & more since 1979), Soom (high quality, authentic tahini), Vermont Creamery (artisan goat & cow milk cheeses since 1984), and Cheese Grotto's collapsible, American-made storage box, the Cheese Grotto Piatto, with a box of delectable spring cheeses & pairings! Welcome in spring with us!

  2. All entries must be located in the United States as these food items are not able to be shipped across the border. Entries located in AK and HI do not qualify for this giveaway due to shipping restrictions of perishable items such as cheese.

  3. By entering into this Giveaway, you agree that you are signing up for five different small food business newsletters (Burlap & Barrel, David's Cookies, Soom, Vermont Creamery, and Cheese Grotto).

The terms:

The winner will be notified by Sponsor via email, and will be eligible to win the Giveaway disclosed by Sponsor prior to the start of each Giveaway. Giveaways are not transferable or substitutable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified. Giveaway values are listed in USD in all cases, unless specified otherwise. In the event any element of any Giveaway becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered to the winner for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall provide a substitute Giveaway in its sole discretion. Each Giveaway will have its own description of the potential Giveaways, as well as additional rules, restrictions and conditions that pertain to that specific Giveaway and Giveaway. Potential winners must use the same email they signed up in order to obtain their Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or cancel any Giveaway of a potential winner if the email provided in the documentation from the potential winner does not match the email of their account at sign up. YOU MAY ONLY WIN THE SAME GIVEAWAY ONCE. IN THE EVENT THAT A POTENTIAL WINNER WINS THE SAME GIVEAWAY THEY HAVE WON IN A PREVIOUS GIVEAWAY, THE SPONSOR WILL FORFEIT THE GIVEAWAY AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RELIST THE GIVEAWAY. Shipping Details

Hardware

If you have purchased cheese hardware from our Grotto collection, it usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to ship your order, unless otherwise listed on the respective product page.

Cheese Orders

As the cheeses are a fresh product, we want to ensure the quickest transit time as possible, so your order arrives in the best possible condition.  Express shipping costs range from $25 - $55 depending on the package size, delivery window, location and carrier. We ship Mondays only each week, and orders must be placed by Thursday the week prior to be included in Monday's shipments.  If you purchased a cheese subscription with a set shipping schedule (Meet the Makers or any Gift Subscription), please refer to the respective product page for the fixed shipping schedule.

Please note: cheese ships from our cheese warehouse and hardware ships from our hardware warehouse. If you are purchasing both hardware and cheese, there will be a shipping charge for the cheese portion of your order.

International Orders

We are sorry, but we aren't legally allowed to ship cheese across the US border!  We can, however, ship our hardware from our Grotto collection worldwide.  Please note that the shipping costs options you see at checkout do not include customs, duties, and taxes which will be billed to you upon reaching the border, and will be an additional expense.  Those costs vary from country to country, but we recommend calculating at an additional 20% charge. If you refuse the package due to these additional fees and the hardware is returned to us, we will be able to issue a refund minus the outbound and return shipping costs.
