Come August, I prefer having a popsicle for breakfast. This popsicle is great for breakfast or dessert, and is a spin off the classic peaches and cream combination that is an excellent, fresh summer treat.

Preserve the best of summer in frozen pop form! This recipe is heavy on the peaches to give you a big, fruity mouthful. The vanilla bean spiked crème fraîche holds it all together.

These Popsicles are AMAZING, and so easy! I was surprised by how many pops it made (8 standard sized), and they taste so luxurious. I’d love to serve these at a summer party, they’re that good ; )
