We splurge once a year on very fine cheeses - the Rogue River Blue is regularly on the top of the list. It arrived in excellent condition, taste, texture, and aroma, all sublime. Rave reviews/comments from our friends (they seem very willing to appear for a cheese and wine gathering, hum....) I will always buy this cheese. It’s one of my favorites and has been for years! Take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving it so it’s room temperature and super creamy when serving. It’s really good on apple slices or on crackers. I sometimes eat it on Triscuits and the added salt is soooo good with the woody flavor of the cheese. 10/10
