Join us on Sunday, August 21st for a live virtual class where you'll learn how to make mozzarella from scratch!

Join us on Sunday, August 21st (1PM to 3PM EST) for an introduction to Mozzarella from Scratch! We'll ship you a Farmsteady Italian Fresh Cheesemaking Kit in advance of the class and we'll email instructions on how to source the best milk for cheesemaking. Cheese Grotto expert, Kerry Jerred, will guide you through the cheesemaking process from start to finish!

All the ingredients in the provided in the kit are good for at least 18 months and will make 8 batches of cheese.

  • Sunday, August 21st from 1 to 3pm EST:  We'll make fresh mozzarella from scratch!
  • Cheesemaking kit includes: Cheese Basket, Cheese Thermometer, Cheese Cloth, Vegetarian Microbial Rennet, Citric Acid, Cheese Salt, and Instructions
  • Private Zoom Link Invitation (A class recording will also be provided in the event you cannot make the class date and time)
  • You will need to source 1 gallon pasteurized or raw milk for this class (NOT ultra-pasteurized).  More details on sourcing the best milk will be emailed post-purchase
  • Summer Cooking Recipes for Mozzarella will be emailed post-purchase
