Join us on Sunday, August 21st (1PM to 3PM EST) for an introduction to Mozzarella from Scratch! We'll ship you a Farmsteady Italian Fresh Cheesemaking Kit in advance of the class and we'll email instructions on how to source the best milk for cheesemaking. Cheese Grotto expert, Kerry Jerred, will guide you through the cheesemaking process from start to finish!
All the ingredients in the provided in the kit are good for at least 18 months and will make 8 batches of cheese.
