More about Don Fulano Tequila
Don Fulano is one of very few 100% Estate-grown, family-owned tequilas produced from ground to bottle - made by fifth-generation agave farmers using only handpicked mature agave plants, proprietary yeast and natural spring volcanic water, without additives. A true representative of authentic artisan tequila.
More about Cocktail Expert Diana Pittet
An occasional cheesemonger, Diana is a regular cocktail and spirits educator. She owns Night Owl Hospitality, a cocktail catering company, and runs a monthly whiskey club, both located in Asbury Park on the Jersey shore. In New York City, Diana teaches a graduate seminar at NYU on the 9,000 years of drinking history and leads walking tours on the birth of the American cocktail. Both cheese and cocktails make her very happy, especially when enjoyed together.
More about the cheesemakers
The cheeses we are featuring for this special public event have been expertly paired with Don Fulano's Artisan Tequila.
Co-founders Bob and Allison turned a chance meeting and a big idea into Vermont Creamery. Since 1984, they have consciously crafted delicious dairy, made from high-quality ingredients while supporting our farms, our people and our community.
Jasper Hill Farm is one of the leaders of the artisanal cheese movement in America. They produce finely crafted cheeses from their small herd of Ayrshire cows, and they age a variety of Vermont cheesemakers’ cheeses in their seven underground vaults. The company excels at cheese affinage, making for consistently delicious artisanal styles.
Deer Creek Cheese strives to bring the very best and most consistent cheeses to the marketplace by hand selecting outstanding specialty vats, as well as working with some of the very best cheesemakers in Wisconsin to develop and handcraft superb unique originals and renovate classic heritage cheeses, in order to share with cheese lovers everywhere the simple pleasure of enjoying an exceptional piece of cheese. Their Heritage Collection, featuring The Stag Cheddar, are inspired by cheeses from the Founder's childhood.
