Recognized internationally for their variety of grass-fed milk cheeses, My Artisano is an urban creamery based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Taking inspiration from Latin America and Europe, their cheeses are full-bodied, well-balanced, and perfect for the bloomy rind and washed rind cheese lovers in your life. 

From top to bottom:

  • Glenwood, 6oz - Inspired by an Italian Toma style, this is a semi-hard raw cow cheese with a white, bloomy rind. Tangy, buttery, and earthy - perfect paired with dried fruit or pickled vegetables.

Milk: Pasteurized Cow
Rennet: Microbial Rennet (Vegetarian)
Age: 14 weeks maximum

  • Cooper Creek, 6oz - This is the closest we've seen to a Taleggio style produced in the states. Notes of bread, yeast, and peanuts with a fudgy spreadable texture make an excellent pairing with beer and pickles. Strong aroma, balanced flavor.

Milk: Raw Cow
Rennet: Microbial Rennet (Vegetarian)
Age: 8 weeks 

  • Sharon Creek Brie, 6oz - Recently awarded the Bronze at the World Cheese Awards, this is a perfect, European-approved example of a well-balanced brie or camembert style made with pasteurized milk.

Milk: Pasteurized Cow
Rennet: Microbial Rennet (Vegetarian)
Age: 4 to 6 weeks 

The set of three fits well in both the Grotto Classico, Grotto Fresco, or Grotto Mezzo.
