Our ode to seasonally made goat milk cheese and the start of spring, Cheese Grotto presents an exclusive collaboration with Mackenzie Creamery in Hiram, Ohio. Sourcing the finest dried Damascus rose petal leaves from Diaspora Spice Co, each puck is hand-shaped and rolled. The flavorful dried roses delicately infuse Mackenzie Creamery's goat cheese, making for a bright, creamy, floral experience perfect with Chenin Blanc and wildflower honey.

It starts by melting Reading Raclette cheese into the ganache as it is freshly being made. The cheese-infused ganache is packaged inside a crisp, dark chocolate shell and finished with citrus bourbon sea salt (gluten-free). These deliciously thin crackers are made in Australia, from wheat flower and a touch of umami-rich cheese, making them an excellent match for your at-home cheese tasting experience.

Wine: Seek out light-bodied, fruit-forward red wines or full-bodied white wines that will play well with the dark chocolates and flavorful cheeses in this box. We suggest Beaujolais and Pinot Noir for the red, Dry Riesling for the white wine. Bubbles (think Champagne and Prosecco) as well as dessert wines like Vin Santo and ice wine well too.

Beer: Sip malt-forward beers like amber ales, red ales, brown ales, dark lagers, barleywines, porters, and stouts with cheese and chocolate.

Cocktails: Aged spirits like bourbon, Scotch, rum, and tequila tend to go well with the caramel-y, nutty, and fruity notes in craft chocolate while complementing a variety of cheese styles.
