Carr Valley has spent generations perfecting the art of small-batch, handcrafted cheese, quietly becoming one of the most decorated creameries in the country along the way. The sage isn't just decoration, it adds an earthy, slightly peppery aroma that balances the brie's buttery sweetness with a savory, herbal note. Expect flavors of brown butter, toasted herbs, and a hint of pine.
