Glenwood, 6oz - Inspired by an Italian Toma style, this is a semi-hard raw cow cheese with a white, bloomy rind. Tangy, buttery, and earthy - perfect paired with dried fruit or pickled vegetables.
Cooper Creek, 6oz - This is the closest we've seen to a Taleggio style produced in the states.Notes of bread, yeast, and peanuts with a fudgy spreadable texture make an excellent pairing with beer and pickles. Strong aroma, balanced flavor.
